People's Plan Programme.

From the very state of the decentralised planning process, STED began to associate with the Local Self Government bodies in the implementation of projects  for entrepreneurial development and self employment. All District Panchayaths, Corporations, Muncipalities, and big chunk of Block and Grama Panchayaths have utilised our services in the areas of project consultancy, entrepreneurial development training, skill development training, surveys and studies , which helped the effective implementation of the projects.
